Recommended Meditation Read: Awakening, A Sufi Perspective by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, a great primer on connecting with the Universe and the Universal

First Meditation: with Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, at Sacred Traditions and the Future of Humanity, a three-teacher program, Seattle, about 1977/78. He started us where we sat and we went cosmic. Its rich aftermath of numerous retreats, camps, and years of daily practice are at the core of my being

Biggest Source of Inspiration: Daily life and the beautiful people and artistic expressions in it

Meditation Bucket List: 7-day personal retreat with Aziza Scott; 5-day solo retreat in TBA mountains above 6,000 feet; establishing a stronger practice when I am sole master of my own time
