Tuning Fork Therapy is a technique that uses weighted tuning forks on the body to send harmonic sound through your whole system. Tuning forks on the body induce your cells to produce nitric oxide, which makes your muscles relax, supports cardio vascular health and improves the immune system. The sound and vibration supports the nervous system into a deeper state of relaxation.

Warren found yoga in fall 2006 when he was experiencing a lot of suffering through trauma, pain, anxiety and depression. His very first public yoga class was a 90 minute hot yoga sequenced class where he gladly survived and soon learned that room temperature yoga classes also existed. In 2012 he discovered Ayurveda and mantra meditation. Aside from the knowledge he gained, it was the experience that he fell in love with.
Warren holds an associate’s degree in culinary arts. In 2002 he became a licensed massage therapist and currently has a private practice in which he specializes in Ayurvedic therapies and trigger point therapy for pain management. He was drawn to teach yoga by the sense of connection and gratitude he felt in his own practice.
Aiming to share the practice of yoga with others, Warren completed his 200-level yoga teacher training in January 2015. He is trained in Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Recently, Warren completed his 500-level yoga training specializing in yoga therapy in practice. Warren is currently enrolled at an accredited IAYT yoga therapy program and is a yoga therapy intern.
Warren’s classes offer a welcoming space to become present, find a sense of balance, and a capacity to relinquish and let go. The use of props is encouraged, and support and modifications are offered to those experiencing limited mobility. His primary goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are.
Wilma has been a licensed massage therapist for 27 years. She is also a yoga teacher and has studied with Lex Gilliam and is a graduate of the Svasta School of Yoga. She brings a sense of calm and groundedness to her clients. When not working in Houston Wilma enjoys hosting yoga retreats at her properties in West Texas.
Dana’s passion for health and well being comes from the heart—deep in the heart of Texas! Her work as a certified practitioner in biofield tuning brings structure and form to the power of healing vibration that is available to all beings. As a breathwork facilitator, Reiki master, crystal bowl musician, and Jivamukti yoga teacher, Dana understands how complementary tools in the healing arts can facilitate a profound and lasting transformation. With her generous spirit and open nature, she creates a safe and nurturing environment in which her clients can explore, release, receive, and heal.
Dana’s previous work in the world of business and finance gives her a unique perspective on the challenges we face day to day, and how elusive a sense of wholeness and harmony can be. Dana knows that harmony within ourselves gives us the capacity to create a more harmonious life. She is dedicated to helping people find a deeper connection to their higher selves so that they may fully express who they are—and what they are meant to do.
