Yoga Off The Mat: How Your Spiritual Practice Can Influence Your Financial Habits

Can money be part of a spiritual practice?

Yoga teaches us how to become more in tune with our minds and bodies on the mat and when we practice yoga and meditation regularly, we end up applying the same patience and conscious awareness to the rest of our lives including areas such as financial success.

Let’s get deep with money. By understanding yourself, you are better able to utilize money in a positive way and find balance between life and your financial status. Learn how to change your relationship with your bank account and in turn help promote healing, transform your relationship to yourself and others, and provide a conduit to consciously channel your lifeforce.

During this workshop, Stefania will teach you three transformative practices to change your relationship with money. This workshop doesn’t get into budgeting or investing. Yet what you learn here can be just as practical, helping you to shift mindsets that have been holding you back.

Have you ever wondered:

  • Why do I feel like I never have enough money?
  • How can I create self-worth independent of my bank account?
  • How can I better use my money to achieve my creative goals and keep in line with my values?

We will explore how your relationship with money is connected to your value and break down barriers that are preventing you from living the life you deserve – and find proven strategies to cultivate goodness in your life through your finances.
