Yoga Asana practice was originally developed to open the body and prepare the mind for meditation. We will move through an all levels alignment based slow flow yoga asana practice followed by a sitting meditation practice.
Restore your body with a beginner friendly slow flow yoga and end in a group meditation. You can expect approximately 60min of yoga asana practice and 15min of meditation.
Recorded Classes Available 24/7 – all live streamed classes are recorded and available anytime as part of your group class membership. In addition, you have access to a number of pre-recorded classes including a Basic Flow Class 60 min, and a 30 min morning practice.Book a Class
