Yoga Asana practice was originally developed to open the body and prepare the mind for meditation. We will move through an all levels alignment based slow flow yoga asana practice followed by a sitting meditation practice.
Restore your body with a beginner friendly slow flow yoga and end in a group meditation. You can expect approximately 60min of yoga asana practice and 15min of meditation. The 90min class will be about 70min of yoga asana and 20min of meditation. All levels and experience welcome.Book a Class
