Yoga for Chronic Pain Relief – Donation

Class focus will be on how to improve movement patterns and build awareness on how these patterns may be contributing to chronic pain. Examples of topics range from ways you can decrease back, neck, knee, and hip pain. “With a focus on mobility and functional movement this class will help you feel better in your body.”
