Yin Yoga

In yin yoga, we explore a sequence of connected poses that are held for 3-5 minutes each. Because muscles have not been warmed by work, each pose is able to target soft tissues—ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and fascia. Benefits include improved flexibility, greater joint mobility, and fascial release. This class is the perfect complement to popular yang flow classes and is appropriate for all levels.
