An all levels yoga class designed to release stress and build energy throughout the whole body. Perfect for anyone wanting to release tight shoulders, stretch the hamstrings, lengthen the lower back, open the hips, and find space for relaxation. We will start with a gentle warm up to prepare the muscles and joints, move into a fluid sequence guided by the flow of our breath, and finish up with a relaxing cool down that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready for your next adventure.
