You know that feeling of laying in water where everything feels a little bit lighter? It is almost as though there is clarity because of the lightness. In the very least, something becomes more simple, perhaps it is just easier to be present (or maybe just the vast complications becomes easier to dissect with the buoyant lift; thanks water!).
This is so similar to the feeling I get as I gain clarity and understanding of my own pelvis–its strengths, weaknesses, positioning in space, and relation to the rest of my body. I get clarity on what is working, what needs more attention, and a sense of lightness through the rest of my body as I am able to work together with the pelvis in relation to my rib cage, and the rest of my body!
I have created a workshop that gives you tools to dive deeper into the understanding of YOUR pelvis. We will use breath, exercises, and asana to practice exploring the depths and nuances of your pelvis.
And WHY? Well, hopefully you gain that lighter sensation like when you are floating in water or you’ve just arrived on top of a mountain! The tools you will walk away with will help you gain strength in your pelvis and body, giving you a more sustainable yoga practice, and a more sustainably active life!
Do you love your yoga practice or your active lifestyle? Are you looking for new inspiration to move your body more often? This workshop is for you! Let’s float together!
