This workshop is design to support you in learning how to use your breath as a tool in daily life to more effectively process lots of emotion, overwhelm, anxiety or worry. We work with a short practice of 15min and learning how to use the breath to increase awareness and presence so that you more able to respond to life verse react to it. We will meet twice in person and twice via skype so that you gain first hand experience in the breath practice and practical experience and support in starting a home practice.
We breath every movement, however most people don’t realize the power in your breath. Your breath can be utilize as a tool to support you in gaining more energy and clarity in your life. In this workshop is will teach you
– physical basics of breath
– how breath works on your emotional and energetic bodies
– how to use breath as tool in your life for dealing with anxiety and emotional overwhelm
– integrating breath into your daily life to support balance and ease
