How would you like to live your life and be all in?

You can capture the love, belonging, and joy that is your birthright. You can dare to live greatly, taking on challenges that run a mighty spectrum from launching a business or starting a family. You can dare to initiate a difficult conversation with a challenging family member or work colleague with an open mind and heart. You can live The Daring Way™.

It requires a willingness to live “in the arena” – to show up and be seen, with no guarantee of outcome. To be vulnerable.

“Vulnerability is not weakness,” writes Brené Brown, “and the uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure we face every day are not optional. Our only choice is a question of engagement. Our willingness to own and engage with our vulnerability determines the depth of our courage and the clarity of our purpose; the level to which we protect ourselves from being vulnerable is a measure of fear and disconnection.

“When we spend our lives waiting until we’re perfect or bulletproof before we walk into the arena,” she continues, “we ultimately sacrifice relationships and opportunities that may not be recoverable, we squander our precious time, and we turn our backs on our gifts, those unique contributions that only we can make.”

We must dare to show up and let ourselves be seen. This is a course about what gets in the way of doing just that.

**Small groups kept to 7 or less give all participants the opportunity to practice the new communication skills being learned, while honoring time limitations.
