Rooted in traditional meditative practices that integrate¬† posture, breath, and being, Meditation Fundamentals introduces techniques to move us from the dance of daily consciousness deeper to states of concentration, contemplation, and meditation. When we sit on the chair or cushion to meditate, it’s always the first time: no experience necessary, just a desire to dive deep.

A meditator for more than 30 years, Joseph Ayaz has sat with teachers and practitioners of various traditions and dived deep into a sufi path of spiritual liberty. These group meditations aim to light a spark for us to carry back to a personal practice and to inflect our daily lives.
