Feel – Breath – Move


I am really excited to share this new practice with you that brings together movement and breath. I have tested with groups of experienced breathers and they have found the practice to enrich their breath experience and it is FUN!!

After a short introduction, the session will start with a guided practice of turning inward and allowing your movement and dance to be initiated and driven by your emotion and sensation. Great music will accompany this practice and encourage to move through a wide range of emotion and movement. You will then be guided into a full breath session.
