The OM Practice


The sound OM is a primordial sound that all life emanates from and returns to. OM itself is the cycle of life – creation – duration, death, source creation duration death return to source. The vibration, the sound, the way it is written…every aspect of OM communicates this cycle and this teaching. Our struggles or suffering in life are a result of fighting this cycle of life. The OM Practice is a robust yoga offering – mantra, yoga asana and philosophy, meditation – that is designed to help you move with and enjoy the natural flow of life. This is a foundational practice that is intended to support you through all phases of life. The practice can be modified to meet your needs each day, yet the basic sequence of asana stays the same.

Slow Flow


In this class, we explore and connect yoga poses to create a moving meditation that links body with breath, and amplifies our connection to our own divine light. This class is perfect for those desiring a deeper experience in each pose, or a slower class pace. Modifications and adjustments will be offered, and all levels, including beginners and advanced yogis, are welcome.

Blissful Flow


The term vinyasa refers to the alignment of movement and breath, a method which turns static asanas (poses) into a dynamic flow. The class includes basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a slow to moderate pace. This yoga practice aims to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance while focusing on the breath to unite the mind and body, creating an overall feeling of openness, relaxation and peace. Beginners are welcome as always!

Morning Bliss


Each day as we awaken, our bodies and minds are fresh and open. In this 60-minute flow class, we use the guidance of our breath to move through a sequence of yoga poses, grounding spirit into our loving Mother Earth, and rising up to meet our day with peace, joy, and purpose. Modifications and adjustments are offered, and all levels are welcome. A blissful way to start your day!

Restorative Yoga


Wind down the day with a gentle restorative yoga sequence and meditation. In this class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts, feelings, and sensations, as you move through supported stretches to help you release the day and move into a quiet space of rest and restoration. This class incorporates mantra and music to help you drift into a deeper space of relaxation.

Yoga for Beginners


No matter what style of yoga you are interested in, this class will give you a great foundation to develop a fun and safe yoga practice. This class focuses on fundamental alignment and teaches students how to get the most out of each pose.  Through the course of the class, we will go into detail on one or two postures enabling you to build a strong practice over time.

Gentle Yoga


Gentle Yoga combines warm-ups, gentle and restorative postures, yogic breathing, and guided deep relaxation to reduce stress and increase movement and vitality. Designed for students who prefer a less vigorous yoga class and is ideal for students experiencing illness, injury, or chronic pain.

Thai Yoga


A therapeutic form of yoga and touch therapy that helps you go deeply into your poses with the support and guidance of a trained contact yoga therapist. In Thai Yoga, the therapist maintains contact for the whole session, alternately moving your body into easeful stretches and stimulating your body’s natural lines of energy to promote balance and healing. Similar to a fully-clothed massage, the session will leave you relaxed and open to the goodness of your own life.

Bliss and Breath


The path to Bliss has been well defined by many masters before us - open the body (let go), focus and relax the mind (let go further), and allow your Self to fully connect to Spirit (surrender). We start with an Asana class (60min) designed to increase energy flow, open the body and focus the mind on the body and the breath. Once the body has let go, and the mind begins to quiet, we focus fully on the breath with a short integrative breathwork session. This breathwork clears integrated energies in the body, clearing subconscious holdings or patterns. Advanced poses will be offered in this class, but modifications are always provided to accommodate all levels.
